I am 46 years old and have 3 children. I love teaching and coaching swimming. I am also a STA Swimming Tutor. I started Mr. Peter’s Swimming School in 2007 on my own with 12 children. Now we have 220+ children and the best teachers in Eastbourne working with me as a team!

Swimming is one of my main passions in life, being able to teach it is a dream come true. Outside of the pool I enjoy fitness classes and gardening down my allotment. Both of my children attend Mr. Peter’s Swimming School so look out for them!

I have been swimming since I was five years old and am a former Regional swimmer. When I decided to give up the competitive side of the sport I wanted to pass on my knowledge and skills, then I started teaching when I was 16. I am now a qualified level 2 teacher, and also have a lifeguard qualification.
I am currently studying a degree in Sports Studies at the University of Brighton. Home to me is Essex, but I will be living in Eastbourne during my university years.
